Per Sally Crawford: Historic England listed building https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1353445?section=official-list-entry. The house was refurbished by Oswald Birley in 1932, so this photo ought to be of that date, but the clothing of the worker looks pre-1914.
