per email from Dan Robertson 11/02/2021: "I see that HIER [sic] includes a couple of images relating to The Trundle in West Sussex which Stuart [Piggott] helped excavate alongside the Curwens in 1928 and 1930. According to Mercer (1998), this is where he first met Peggy, Charles Phillips and Grahame Clark."
